Today I felt like I hit a wall.  I felt tired and depleted.  I even skipped Open Gym to take a nap.  I woke up from my nap and went to my Mountain (Treadmill) class.  Because I was still so wiped out, I knew I wasn’t able to give it my all which was so discouraging.  After this class, Sharon, one of the trainers noticed me leaning against the wall in between classes looking wiped out.  She asked if I was ok.  I told her I had no energy and was exhausted.  She asked if I had been taking any electrolyte supplements.  I had not been so she told me to go get some right away because I was not acting like the Sarah she knows (full of energy and effort).  I went and got a supplement and within 10 minutes I was starting to feel better.  By the end of kickboxing, she checked on me again and told me that I had a lot more color in my face.  I learned a valuable lesson from this and will now pay closer attention to what my body is telling me.
