Today I had a burst of energy so I took advantage of it. Went on a 2 hour and 15 minute hike to Upper Gila, went to a Mountain (treadmill - cardio) class, played badminton, went to a core strengthening class, then spent 2 hours in circuit training. TOTAL CALORIES burnt = 4600+!!!! :)
